• Gift cards can be purchased directly through our website in just a few clicks.
   
• Once purchased, you’ll receive a digital gift card by email, which can be printed or forwarded to the recipient.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Treatwell or ClassPass).
   
• Please provide your gift card code when contacting us to schedule your appointment.
   

• All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   
• Expired cards cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
   

• Appointments booked using a gift card follow our standard cancellation policy.
   
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the full session value will be deducted from your gift card.
   

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
• They may, however, be transferred to another person with the purchaser’s consent.
   
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced — please treat them like cash.
